What to include in the email?
All these items must be included for the repair to be done.
- Phone Number
- Copy of Invoice or contract
- Pictures (general area of repair encase home owner isn’t home)
Warranty and Coverage
All Projects within one year of completion are covered under Pro Concrete & Paving ltd 1-year limited warranty. This information can be found at the back and front of the original contract.
Projects out of warranty?
If the warranty is expired, charges will be applied. Charges will vary depending on how many times we will have to return to the location plus material cost.
- Payment will be concluded upon completion of designated repair as per agreement.
- Payment can only be done via Visa or Mastercard.
- $250.00 minimum plus HST
